Conditions of stay at the Marteshof
Local tax: 1,50 per person and overnight stay from 14 years on.
Room
The room prices are per person.
A surcharge of 20% is charged for single room use.
From an occupancy of 2 persons:
- Each additional person receives a discount of 20%.
- Children under 3,99 are free
- Children up to 11.99 receive a discount of 40%.
Apartments
The prices are for 2 persons per night.
For the large apartment the price is for 4 persons per night.
The price includes electricity, water and heating expenses.
Each additional person pays a surcharge of 20,00 (30,00) €
- Children under 3,99 are free of charge
- Children up to 6,99 pay 8,00 (16,00) €
- Children up to 11,99 pay 10,00 (20,00) €
- Children up to 15,99 pay 15,00 (25,00) €
The prices in brackets are with breakfast
Dog or cat: 5,00 Euro per night without food.
Final cleaning 35,00 to 50,00 Euro
We provide you with bed linen, towels and dry towels free of charge.

Deposit for confirmation
We charge a sum of 200 Euro, which will be retained in case of cancellation. The deposit must be paid at least 3 months before the arrival date. Otherwise the apartment will be given to others. Thank you for your understanding. Further details will be sent to you by mail. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival
On the day of arrival, the apartments can be occupied from 15.00 pm.
Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am. at the latest. In each apartment bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher are available. In addition, washing machine and dryer are available at a price of 5,00 Euro.
In addition, the use of the indoor swimming pool (seasonally open) is free of charge in the neighbouring hotel "Alpenblick".
Our sauna (seasonally open) can be used free of charge daily from 15.00 pm to 20.00 pm. On request and for a fee of 10,00 Euro per person you can also use the sauna for private purposes outside of the opening hours.
